Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MikRouter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. MikRouter provides VPN-based remote access to MikroTik routers.

2. Service Description

MikRouter provides VPN tunnel connections (L2TP, SSTP, OVPN, PPTP) that enable remote access to MikroTik routers. The service includes PPP account provisioning, port assignment, and connection management through our server infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google or Yahoo account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Ensuring your contact information is accurate.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are processed through Xendit using supported e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, GrabPay, QR Ph).
  • All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
  • Subscriptions are prepaid. Service is activated immediately after successful payment.
  • Refunds are not provided for unused subscription time.
  • Credits purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Auto-extend uses your credit balance. If insufficient credits are available, auto-extend will be disabled and the service will expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure.
  • Share your VPN credentials with third parties.
  • Use the service to conduct network attacks, distribute malware, or engage in any form of abuse.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
  • Overload or interfere with the server infrastructure.
  • Abuse the first sign-in credit bonus by creating multiple accounts. We monitor for fraudulent activity and reserve the right to block accounts and revoke bonus credits without notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Subscription Expiration

  • When your subscription expires, your VPN connection will be disabled.
  • Your remote account and credentials are preserved for renewal.
  • After the cleanup period (if configured), VPN accounts may be removed from the server. They will be recreated upon renewal.
  • Deleted remote accounts and their assigned ports cannot be recovered.

8. Telegram Notifications

  • Linking a Telegram account is optional and is used solely to deliver notifications you opt into (expired remote, auto-extend results, account sign-ins, payment receipts, and promotional updates).
  • You may unlink your Telegram account, change which delivery service is enabled, or change which notification types you receive at any time from the Notifications page. Disabling all delivery services automatically pauses all notification types.
  • Notifications are delivered through Telegram's servers. We do not control Telegram's availability, message latency, or whether a message is ultimately delivered to your device.
  • Notifications are best-effort. Missed or delayed messages are not grounds for refund, credit, or service credit. Always confirm subscription status, payment status, and remote state from the MikRouter dashboard.
  • You must not use the MikRouter bot or any notification we send for any purpose other than receiving your own account notifications.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service.
  • Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.
  • Use the service in a way that negatively impacts other users.

Blocked accounts cannot sign in or access the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

MikRouter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, network disruption, or unauthorized access to your router.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
